Who I Help

You don't have to
navigate this
alone.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or disconnected from yourself. At times, it can feel difficult to slow things down, make sense of what you're carrying, or know where to begin.

Past experiences may continue to show up in the present, leaving you feeling unsure of how to move forward. Therapy can be a space to gently explore what's coming up, build awareness, and begin to move through things in a way that feels steady and supportive.

Overwhelmed or anxious

Stuck in thoughts, unsure how to slow down.

Disconnected from your body

Unsure how to feel safe or present again.

Impacted by past experiences

Things that still feel very present today.

Caught between wanting change

And not knowing where to begin.

🌿

"I really couldn't have a better counsellor if I hand picked her myself. I already feel like 150 lbs have been lifted off my shoulders! She's insightful, a great listener. Her attention to detail is amazing. I always felt heard and understood. I've never felt judged and I'm so glad I finally opened up to a professional. My only wish would be meeting her sooner. She's made it so easy for me to understand why I couldn't let go of my intrusive thoughts. I will be forever grateful that she helped me take my power back."

My Approach

Evidence-based, body-informed,
and led by you.

My work is grounded in somatic and trauma-informed approaches, supporting a deeper connection between mind and body. I integrate evidence-based practices alongside mindfulness and compassion-focused approaches to support both insight and meaningful, practical change.

Somatic Therapy & Body-Based Approaches

Supporting awareness and regulation through the connection between mind, body, and nervous system. Trauma and emotions are held in the body — this work helps release, integrate, and restore.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & ACT

Evidence-based tools to understand patterns, shift perspective, and build psychological flexibility. Practical strategies for real, lasting change.

Mindfulness-Based Approaches

Compassion-focused practices that cultivate present-moment awareness, grounding, and a kinder relationship with your internal experience.

Parts Work

An approach that gently explores the different parts of yourself — the protectors, the wounded, and the inner critic — supporting integration rather than conflict within.

Trauma-Informed Care

Every session is shaped by an understanding of how trauma affects the nervous system, sense of self, and relationships — creating a space that feels safe enough to explore.
